我公司纸面石膏板生产采用全自动配料、板式成型、硬边硬面搅拌机、自动整边、定长切断、四翻板横向机、横向风干燥机、防叠板装置、自动追踪装置、温湿度自动控制系统、全自动包边合片装置、自动打包装置等国际上最新的生产装备,配料方面可实现20种粉料和浆料的傻瓜式操作,生产线可根据成型速度自动调节各主辅料的自动计量和添加;为了紧跟国际上最先进的生产装备水平,近年来,我们先后引进吸收了硬边硬面搅拌机和横向风干燥机技术,制作出样机并调试成功,先后应用到了出口美国和墨西哥生产线上;另外,借鉴美国技术在出口意大利Gessi del Lago d’lseo Spa公司年产1500万平米生产线上试验天然气直燃干燥技术,并取得了圆满的成功。为更好的提高干燥机的热效率,我们在2006年以后生产的生产线上全部采用余热回收技术,为节能环保做出了自己应有的贡献。
Our gypsum board production line adopt advanced technologies including automatic batching system, board molding system, hard-surface mixer, auto edging, fixed-length cutting , traverse conveyor, cross air dryer, pile-proof device, auto tracking device, Humidity auto control system, auto booking machine as well as auto packing machine. The batching system can mix 20 kinds of powder and slurry, and this production line can auto weigh and add materials as per forming speed. In order to keep up with international most advanced technology, we introduce hard-surface mixer and cross air drier, and make them being used for board line built in USA and MEXICO. In addition, we successful use Natural Gas Direct Dry Technology for 15 million sqm/yr gypsum board line for ITALY Gessi del Lago d’lseo Spa Company. In order to improve the heat efficiency of dryer, we complete use waste heat recovery technology from the year 2006, which has a good effect for environmental protection.
为解决国内石膏板单位板重过高的问题,我们吸收国外技术,成功研制了动态发泡技术,大大提高了发泡率和泡沫的强度,使中国的石膏板线造出微细胞成为可能。
In order to solve high weight of gypsusm board in China, we absorb foreign technology and successfully developed a dynamic foaming technology, which greatly improves the rate of bubble and the strength of the foam, which makes the gypsum board production line in China produce fine and micro foam to be possible.
